Guest List, Ticket Policy, VIP Table Terms, Conditions & TTMDxB Policy
Effective Date: 15/01/2024
This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Talent Tricks Marketing Management, referred to as “TTMDxB,” a service provided by Talent Tricks Marketing Management, and the individual accepting these terms (“Guest” or “User”). This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of guest list access, ticket purchases, VIP table reservations, and any services listed on the website or mobile application and the use of personal information per our Privacy Policy.
2.1 Guest List Access
– Entry is exclusive to individuals on the official guest list as per the registered name should be First and Last Name
2.2 RSVP
– Guests must RSVP their names by the specified date and time to secure a spot on the guest list.
2.3 Age Restriction
– The event is open to guests aged 21+.
2.4 ID Verification
– Guests must present valid identification at the entrance for age verification.
2.5 Dress Code
– Strict adherence to the dress code is required ({Casual, Smart}). Shorts and flip-flops are not allowed.
3.1 Last Entry Time
– The last entry is allowed up to 1.5 hour from the event starting time.
3.2 Group Entry
– Entry is encouraged in groups; entry of single individuals may be restricted.
3.3 Capacity Limits
– Admission is subject to venue capacity & management. Early arrival is recommended.
4.1 Behavior
– Respectful and courteous behavior is mandatory. Disruptive behavior will result in rejection.
4.2 Intoxication
– Excessive intoxication leading to disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal.
5.1 Lost Items
– The club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
– Venue have the right of guest list admission
5.2 Liability
– Attendees enter at their own risk; the club is not liable for injuries or accidents.
5.3 Security Checks
– Security checks may be conducted at the entrance for the safety of all guests.
– Guest must show Original ID – Passport
– As per UAE law Guests must be above 21+ years old
– By attending on the guest list of TTMDxB at any venue or event listed on the app/website, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this TTMDxB Guest List Rules document.
7.1 No Refunds After Event Commencement
– All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the event has commenced.
7.2 Refund Requests Before the Event
– Refund requests must be submitted before the start time of the event. Requests received after the event has started will not be eligible for a refund.
7.3 Exceptions
– Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as event cancellation, rescheduling, or significant changes to the lineup.
7.4 Transferability
– Tickets may be transferable to another person before the event. Please refer to the ticket transfer guidelines for more information
– Guestlist invitations / Passes are not Transferable
– Guest list invitation/passes should arrive at the mentioned time of the event
8.1 Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations of VIP table reservations must be made before the event within 2 days. Cancellations made after this deadline may not be eligible for a full refund.
– Deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is requested before the event within 2 days
8.2 No-Show Policy
– Customers who do not show up for their reserved VIP table without prior notice may forfeit the payment or be subject to additional charges.
– Deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is requested before the event within 2 days
– Guests who will not be showing up via the guestlist invitation might impact their process for applying for future events
8.3 Event Changes
– In the event of significant changes affecting VIP services (e.g., changes in the performer lineup, venue, or date), the event organizer may provide options for refunds or modifications to VIP table reservations.

9.4 Data Security
– We employ reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
9.5 Third-Party Disclosure
– We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent.
9.6 User Choices
– Opt-out: Decline promotional communications.
– Update or Delete: Modify or delete your personal information.
9.7 Cookies and Tracking
– We may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience on our website.
9.8 Updates to Privacy Policy
– This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Check the “Last Updated” date for the latest version.

Facilitate booking reservations and ensure smooth entry to various venues.
10.2 Marketing: Send promotional offers, event updates, and other relevant communications via different methods Emails, Sms, whats app , etc (any communication channel)
10.3 Service Improvement: Analyze aggregated and anonymized data to enhance services without compromising individual privacy.
10.4 Third-Party Collaborations: Collaborate with third-party partners for marketing initiatives, with explicit consent.
TTMDxB, a service provided by Talent Tricks Marketing Management (hereinafter referred to as “TTMDxB” or “the Company”), holds no liability for your entry to the event or any incidents that may occur during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk, and both TTMDxB and Talent Tricks Marketing Management are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the event
