Refunds Policy
TTMDxB sells Tickets on behalf of Promoters who are responsible for the Event organization and management. Once purchased, Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred except in the circumstances detailed specifically below. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check for any entry restrictions to the Event, such as age or dress code requirements, before purchasing a Ticket from the Website. TTMDxB will not refund Ticket purchases if entry to the Event is denied by the Promoter for any reason, including failure to meet dress codes, age restrictions, or due to disruptive behavior.
The Promoter and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission without providing a reason. TTMDxB does not offer refunds to Customers refused entry or ejected from the Event for any reason.
No returns or exchanges for tickets or VIP table reservations.
Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may apply for a refund in writing to TTMDxB within 24 hours of the announcement that the Event is cancelled or postponed, under the following circumstances only:
TTMDxB will assess refund applications based solely on the above circumstances and may require specific documentation or evidence to support such requests.
Refund Process
If TTMDxB accepts a refund request at its sole discretion, the refund will be issued using the original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be processed to the same card used for the original purchase. TTMDxB reserves the right to retain up to 15% of the refunded transaction value to cover ticketing service fees, administration costs, ticket issuance, delivery costs, and any applicable bank or payment gateway fees within 14 days from applying the refund.
Exclusions
By purchasing through TTMDxB’s Website or App, the Customer agrees to abide by this Refunds Policy.
